Advice

It is understood that Pactio provides this service when it gives personalised recommendations, either at the client’s request or under its own initiative, with regard to one or more transactions pertaining to financial instruments. The type of advice provided by Pactio is recurrent non-independent advice, meaning advice in which Pactio maintains an ongoing relationship with the client and periodically provides investment recommendations about an investment portfolio or a universe of financial instruments.

The service or recommendations shall be provided in accordance with the investment profile and the level of suitability given by the suitability test carried out.

 

Management of the Portfolio

It is understood that Pactio provides this service when it is linked to its client by a contractual relationship establishing that the latter delegates the management of its portfolio to Pactio, so that instructions regarding the portfolio will be given by Pactio, in accordance with the conditions in the contract.

Managed portfolios are subject to a periodic performance review, focusing particularly on the evolution of the market strategies applied and on the selection of assets.

Furthermore, managed portfolios are subject to constant risk control assumed, both in general terms and by the type of assets or degree of concentration.

Assets that can be classed as "suitable" for managed portfolios, in accordance with the result of the suitability test, are as follows: listed securities on stock markets or organised trading systems; shares or holdings in Collective Investments Institutions; Hedge Funds; real estate funds; money market instruments; fixed income financial assets and assets with available market value; derivatives and Private Equity.
