CII (SICAV in Spanish):

A SICAV is a collective investment scheme, established as an open-ended public company, with minimum paid-up capital of 2,400,000 euros. The amount of capital stated in its Articles of Association may not exceed a maximum of 10 times the initial capital. The number of shareholders may not be less than 100. Like any other company, shareholders participate in General Meetings in accordance with the Articles of Association. Pactio actively manages SICAV portfolios in accordance with the strategy established and the movements of the markets.
